i am looking to buy a used portable spot welder, doesnt matter which state, as long as it works.
do you know wheres the best place to look in london?

eBay, they vary on price and are a bit of a niche market. Try and get one with a selection of arms as the arms can cost more than the welder. I bought a TWE one with selection of arms for £50, and saw another similarly priced at a car boot sale so bargains are out there.
