Split pipe clips ?

Does anyone know the name & a source of the little bright metal or blued spring band ring devices that have a male & female matching cross over joint that are used on small bore rubber/soft plastic pipes to clip the pipes onto a spigot .

I'm looking to see if I can find & afford 100 x 6 mm internal dia of them in place of wire spring clips or nylon ties which either cut the tube or harden and slip off when the pipe is under 18 psi

The wire versions come in large sizes, very common in washing machines.

Similar but with out the lugs , you slip the clip over the tube/pipe and push the tube over the spigot , so there is no need of any tools .
or use a tapered round mandril to slide the clamp off onto the tube then push the tunbe over the spigot

Just had a look proper .. yes they are exactly what I want .. I've asked for a sample and the price of 100.

I need them for the micro irrigation pipes in the garden and glasshouse ,as I got soaking wet when one of the spray heads that was turned off blew off the tube when the system switched on.
All because we had 3/4 hr of hot sunshine which was enough to soften the Hoselock supplied micro tube enough for it to come off the spray head.

Those knob clips are sprung, they close a split female shaft on the knob onto the switch (eg) shaft.

Personally, I'd just use cable ties or Jubilee type clips rather than arsing about with spring/compression clips.

I found them quite quickly by using Google Images, clips and aggressive rabbits!

I found them ............. too expensive
Having contacted the company and got emai replies as to mimimum quantities & price £40 per hundred MOQ 500 plus P&P & VAT ...... OUCH !

I tried really hard with the ...... poor man with wife & 22 kiddies to support and having to sell my sea fishing gear , Porsche & veg at the garden gate & got MOQ down to 100 at £42 plus associated costs


As I only need 47 clips does any one want fifty x 6 mm internal dia clips for £ 15 P&P included

Fuel hose clamps would likely be your best bet. They're similar to Jubilee clips in that they are tightened with a screw, but they have a far more limited range per clamp. These type of thing:

Btw, that's just the first link I saw which had the type listed at a decent price, so a proper search for various suppliers would be best. They usually only have an adjustable range of around 3mm to 4mm maximum per clamp though, so make sure you get the right size.
