Guys, need some advice
Last weekend, I managed to sideswipe a kerb in my BMW. I spent this afternoon tearing down the rear corner that I have smacked, only to find that I have, amongst other things, split a brake pipe, the metal part, not the flexible rubber part.
Does anyone know if there is something on the market that would enable me to replace just the split bit, rather than the whole line, which would involve removing the fuel tank.
I work for a motor factors, but we don't seem to keep anything dedicated for this job, and I'm not sure about 'cobbling' something together on the braking system.
Oh and if it makes a difference, its an E36 328 coupe.
Thanks
Dave
