have a Sealey supermig 180 here, it's a mark one model. Lately it's been virtually impossible to weld with. I cannot get a bead going, all it does is lumps up in separate heaps. I know that it sounds like a gas issue, but I really don't think it is as it was working fine on the current bottle of argoshield, and out of curiosity I even hooked it up to a pub bottle of co2 I had lying around only to find the exact same thing.. I'm puzzled. Haven't whipped the covers off yet as I haven't had time, however I did manage to get a wiring diagram from Sealey themselves. If anyone knows where to start looking the help would be appreciated!
