Soundproofing/ grinding booth

Hi Folks new to this so go easy on me lol
I’ve recently bought a new house with a workshop out the back . I’m moving my welding business (mainly gates /railings ) . I don’t want to annoy the neighbors with noise so was looking any advice on soundproofing part of the workshop for grinding and cutting with chopsaw .
The workshop is a single block wall with a corrugated Perspex roof . I was looking online and found a prefab grinding booth but the company is in Holland and was wondering is there somewhere in the uk does these .
Any advise would be gladly appreciated.

Hi, Watch this he explains some of the principles.

As he says you need density so you're halfway there with the walls but the roof will need some work.

A silent generator has it's acoustic hood stuffed with glass wool clamped in place with perforated steel sheet, the air intake and exhaust are the same with a series of 90deg bends to kill the noise, if it keeps an old Cummings quiet then I don't see why it wouldn't work in a building with a grinder!
