Sorting tables

Finished these off today, this is one of three, they are tables with an outlet to feed on to a conveyor, or can be used with a tote bin, used for manually sorting / grading a cooked meat product, tray removable for easy cleaning

Up to your usual standards Paul how do they get on with the adjustable feet when it comes to hygiene, stuff collecting in threads etc.?.

These are in a low risk area, but everything gets washed down a couple of times per shift, for high risk applications we usually try to make legs fixed length and fully sealed, these are going to be moved around to different machines so no choice but to make them adjustable

Is the lip cut and folded out or welded on as a seperate piece Paul?

Apart from the little corner pieces and the radiused plates on the outlet chute its all one piece, the chute was left flat then kinked down with a bit of tool juggling on the press.

I have the use of a mates 3mtr 100 tonne brakepress for the bigger jobs, smaller stuff gets done either on the hand folder or the flypress,

I want to start doing stuff that requires folding but the out lay for a good machine huge and its holding me back.

Keep on the lookout for a decent size box pan folder, fewer and fewer people use them now and you can turn out quality work on them ( they just are not as fast) remember no power required - figure that one into things cost wise installation and consumption wise

Tidy work as usual Paul, I used to like stainless work myself other than the ultra polish and graining some of it required
