Soil pipe question 1, shower and basin waste

I'm planning to add a new shower, basin and wc into the right of this building and was wondering about how to add the drains, it will be inspected by building control so need to get it right.

It looks like this just now with a stack for the existing utility room sink and a rainwater pipe.

I plan to use the existing inlet into the stack to add the waste from the new shower and sink, and was thinking of doing it like this? Anyone know if that is acceptable?

If not, do I need to do it like this, which will mean putting a new hole in the cast iron pipe.

as said on the other post first find out whats underground

they did use cast iron breather pipes but thats also wrong as well

soil cast iron pipes was more used

once you find your pipes then you can start adjusting them and make it look better than what your showing on these pics

On the first picture, where you label 'utility sink waste', consider using a 45 degree tee into the new run. It gives an easier flow from the branch.

At both places where the pipes exit the wall, use 90 degree tees with removable plugs for washout/rodding. Same on the inside of the house.

As a general rule, every time you want to use a 90 bend somewhere, ask yourself whether a tee with rodding access might be a better solution.
