About 50% of the time, most of my socketry is in a roll cab, the rest of the time it will spend in various vans or being used.
What i'm after is a solution to allow ease of swapping between, for each of the sizes, 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and probably 3/4" eventually too, as the plastic case is dying.
I do like and use the standard metal socket rails, I like sturdy boxes too- no plastic, or metal made from Mr Kipling cherry bakewell cases.
Got the usual additional bits for each of the sizes, long extensions, breakers etc...deeps and shallows... so they need to be about 500mm long, about 250 for the smaller one. I can live with the breaker bars being loose....
Anyone have any neat solutions?
I was thinking this sort of thing, but I doubt they are particularly sturdy.... and not quite big enough.
I am toying with the idea of knocking my own up, but never seem to have the time.
