They look the job, I wouldn't like to fit them to a front wheel drive though .Be handy fitted to the outside if you wanted to do a bit of road rage !!!

I've been tugged multiple times by plod for not wearing a seatbelt in a pre '65 car. Most realised their mistake once shown the absence of seatbelts in the car but more than few have dug their heels inIf it's not something they deal with everyday they're often clueless which is fine unless they're the spottly little bully type/are having a bad day etc
I know what you mean, if you get stopped on a superbike with a race can itl be a copper that rides bikes and knows there not 'for road use' thank god for linishers

If they are mounted on the back of the hub I think they would make a bit of a mess of the wishbone or tca!!!

BTW I found some half worn dunlop sport winter m+s (MUD and S**t) rotational tyres in my 'stock', these are not rally tyres but a blocky road pattern with a bit of V pattern going on. I stuck them on the front of my passat basically coz I had a flat and was looking for a tyre to get me going, I have never tried a winter tyre i have allways used worn front tyres off the rally cars in the past. I went out and tried to get stuck!! but couldn't I was well impressed I tried all the tracks that had not been driven on and some that had been trampled down to ice. I even stopped on hills, thinking I could allways reverse if it wouldn't pull up and I couldn't get stuck!! I ran them at 20 psi and they hardly spun if they did spin just a quick lift and they gripped and off I went, looks like I bought my chains for nothing ! I will keep these as good as poss just for when it snows they are on vauxhall wheels but the pcd is the same ! I will just have to find a dark corner to store them.
