Have a close look at the plug and see if there are any numbers on it.
You can buy the pin terminals separately so you might just be able to re-use the plug you have got if you can identify it.

Yes it had 2 loose wires i re solderd it has a nob on the side of the pedal it was working but it seemed to have less power when you used the pedal even though the settings on the welder where the same when I tried turning the nob up that's when it stopped working
The knob on the pedal is usually used to set the maximum current.
If it's faulty you could bypass it and just use the pedal over the full range.
