I have the same RAL book!

My box is black - I will take a small drawer out, wrap in bubble wrap and leave with a local auto paint supplier to match me a small touch up bottle. No amount of googling is showing any hits for the VVVVV Code.

Perhaps give Paragon a call? They do various machinery colours and whilst I don't see it listed I do know they'll match up almost anything. I gave them a Pantone code a while back and they mixed up a tin of enamel for me.
