Snap on light charger

Following on from my post on today i aquired....
Can anyone confirm the voltage of the charger for it? I think its 5v
And a clue to what the charge led colours mean...

I had one of those, right up until the Giant Magpies obtained it.
I have the charger, but not the torch.
I hope you purchased it from a legitimate source.
I am not casting aspersions, but beware.

usb or mini usb charge point i think

red is charging green is full

USB usually, you see a few at the Jumbles usually non working just require a new battery fitting

Snap on torches are normally micro usb connectors so any slightly older Samsung phone charger will work fine.

It should have a drop in sort of base i think...
@Bullet2012 i did ask around as i picked it up, but middle of no-where and no one replyed

Reckon someone left it magneted under a vehicle and forgot about it....

I cannot tell a lie, I did the same yesterday! I was changing the brake fluid on my Transit campervan, used a work light propped on the front suspension so I could see the bleed nipples. Took it out for a test run, went a couple of miles, turned round in a lay-by & got almost home & noticed my light in the middle of the road. Parked up, walked back & retrieved it, light still going, no damage. I’m amazed no-one had run over it, it’s a main A road.

Ditto. I think we all have. I found an inspection light under a HGV trailer once. Between inspections it went to Aberdeen and back!!

I’ve never left a hose clamp on the brake like line my mate did though.....

also done it 3 times want even my light either

so that didnt help with getting a telling off for it so easy done as well when someone else disturbs you

Left one of mine in an electrical panel.... it runs on 3 aaa batteries..... still alight 5 days later, all beit a lot dimmer
