I have a Ford 1510 with a 770B loader, and have managed to prang the loader bucket clearing hedgerows. It dips about 3/4" over 3 of the 5 feet of width. Additionally, the hard edge (cutting edge) weld appears to be failing with cracks.
I have not tried mechanical means of straightening the bucket edge.
Would the heat of rewelding the cracked welds on the cutting edge (after gringing out) help pull the bucket edge back up?
Any pointers are welcome. As for welding...I have gas welded, brazed and soldered for decades but have only been MIG/Stick for about a year, with a bit of TIG. So I would probably lean towards a MIG process for the repair, but that is not cast in stone.
