Just wait until you get their 'estimated' bill for the unmetered supply - that, I'd expect to be the start of a big![]()
This is the problem, now they know they will estimate our bill but the problem is we had no gas at all for close to two days followed by no hob for sever4al days after that, plus we have a wood burner so we wouldn't have been using anywhere near as much as usual.
When they send the bill I'll query how they come up with the figure.
What amazes me is that they fitted a dead meter in the first place, it was clearly an old one taken out of a house and put into stock as it's dated 2013.
