small spark

Hi all, I forgot to mention one other strange anomaly when i posted about wire drive problems.When i finish welding and put the torch down the wire sticking out the tip produces a small spark just once and not again until the trigger is pulled again
I hadnt worried too much until today when i was testing the wire motor with the mig wire disconnected ,when i had finished & was putting the welder away all unplugged i happened to knock the earth clamp against the casing and it produced a small spark only once and not again the same as the torch .I checked inside the case for loose wire but all looks ok . Any ideas?

happens on both my migs to.

Output capacitor bleed resistor failed or omitted (if it has output caps). In this case, not really a concern.

Either that, or it's going to explode

Hi,thanks for the info i presume thats on the pcb somewhere ,not an item i could change on its own.
