Top notch English one? The problem with that it's used and it won't be the machine it once was unless it's had a full refurb at which point you won't get it for £1000
Toolmakers get rid of the worst machines or unused machines and even then they will pick the worst machine. I can still remember from the last place I worked the hierarchy of mills and vmc to be avoided. Bridgeport mill was OKish at best + it wasn't that robust/strong anyway in the first place, old Huron French mill was a waste of time, old Hurco cnc was a money pit and a HAAS VF6 which we had from new had been used that hard/that much over the years it was to be avoided at all costs and needed a total refurb. Guess which kit they looked at selling as running fine
