19mm and 3/4" are the same size, I wish people selling stuff wouldn't mix imperial and metric measurements up, but I guess they think you are now more likely to have a 19mm socket than a 3/4" AF one. Have seen those three marks on bolts but never realised they are quality references. The R, S, T stampings are more common on imperial bolts.

A mate of mine who had an engineering company until recently, reckoned this was due to the growing scarcity of imperial hex bar, it was easier to make imperial nuts & bolts with metric heads.

Wheels are now back on. The pics below hopefully show how the old bolts were so deep that they bottomed out on the brake drum before they reached clamping pressure. The new F*rd nuts sit further back and touch the wheel rim much higher up on the edge of the hole, which is great news.
