Something small to bash, bend, heat, straighten metal on, never really going to have a need for a real anvil - I know this has been done to death
Cut off a bit of bullhead track to 16" length, which will be under bolted to a lump of wood which I will route out a bit to sit it in but also unbolt to stick in vice when needed.


The Bosch hole saw set has been very good


This stuff cuts nicely



Lots of grinding next to flatten top and bottom & shape up horn, bit of paint maybe, and of course a lampshade fitment

I am certainly in no hurry!! When you are up this way, drop in for a cuppa and a play in the new workshop
