Right click on the task bar at the bottom of your screen and click on task manager, and it will show you under " processes" what programs are running and what memory % and CPU % usage is being used, that will show you what is hogging your system resources.
I had run it ..lol thats why I saw what graphics card it found. But not the sensors tab...never saw that one. loli want you to run this in your system its free by the way

Interesting about cheap samsung memory but to be honest I have not had a problem with this machine. I often have 2 windows of 15 plus tabs open in firefox..lol
In fact I have 24 open right now but its all working find just now....I am going to open Cura and then Fusion360...I think its one of those giving me the hit!

right i want you to run certain things as that is not right its killing your memory
no vpn
no acronis
no performance monitor
just mig welding and snipping tool and then take another pic of the above at task manager
i want to see a basic use pic diagram by removing other programs first like the ones above
i want to know are you running a laptop or base unit
the model of your mainboard if a base unit and also the model of your graphics card
as goes for firefox i note you had loads of pages open on it
Nope I dont think this board is DDR3...also quotes you can run at 6-6-6-18 timings on your ram but its wrong on the ddr2 as your runing ddr3
yeah Follow that but it was saying I had only 2meg of system ram........The 2GB RAM on the graphics card is part of the card and does not come out of your main RAM.

Firefox seems to be hogging a lot of RAM. Chrome used to be like that but has improved. I've currently 25 tabs open and still using no more than 50% of my RAM.
If you click on image name it will alphabetically order the processes.

As I said above, Firefox is hogging a lot of RAM. My Chrome in comparison is now a lot less hungry. However I do agree that at one time it did suck up memory. I rarely get above 70% usage now.
thats why he needs a baseline to monitor what is memory hogging on his system sounds silly but helps to understand what program is causing the hogging of his system
i also noted he had a lot of programs running in the back ground as well
