Where can I get some from?

BAPP apparently don't stock them and can't get them.

M6x20mm Slotted Pan Head, all they can and will supply is M6x20mm Pozi Pan Head.

Roofman - Thanks for the offer, but I need about 4500, and the client doesn't want to stretch to stainless unfortunately.

I honestly think BAPP are taking the p***, looking online, all other suppliers are able to stock them. I've just paid around twice as much through SiteBox, for the correct items, than BAPP charged for the incorrect items.

Safe to say, I know why Scunthorpe is on its a***. I won't be using many local suppliers anymore. The steel stockholders aren't interested if your order is less than £100 ex vat now.

Slotted as the head fits in a channel with a central locating strip, holding the head in effect.

I've mentioned countless times that there are better, easier and in the end cheaper (to replace the entire system currently in use) ways to solve their problem. But unfortunately it seems they had their pants well and truly pulled down by the previous contractors who installed an obsolete system.

I'm sure the same sort of system was used on greenhouse a long time back.

Sound very similar to what we use to hold servers in 19" comms racks. I get them sent to me in boxes of 200 every so often - probably cost the company an outrageous amount as they are IT equipment.

I have used this company countless times, http://www.ajfasteners.co.uk/, just down the road to me. They stock all sorts in imp, metric, stainless any grade you want, or whatever. If its made they can get it & they are very good on price.
