Sliding nuts

Hi All, does any one know where to get some sliding/push button nuts that can rapidly slid along a length of all thread,I have heard the term buzznut but cant find a supplier,failing all that is it possible to make them, I want to use them for clamping up woodworking projects in conjunction with wooden bars, cheers in advance
