Skoda Roomster locks

I’m hoping someone on here has knowledge of Roomster Central locking. Ours has started to play up, it often lock’s itself when driving & sometimes when you close the door, it locked me out recently. I know it’s the passenger door that’s causing the problem as it’s slower than the rest locking & unlocking, also that’s the door that makes everything lock when you close it. I’m laid up with a bad back at the moment, so can’t get the door panel off, but anyone know what I’ll find when I do, a lack of lube or new lock, any info would be helpful.

Are you absolutely sure it's the vehicle?
Our Yeti went through a phase of locking/unlocking itself. This came to a head when one very wet day we found it with all the windows open. It transpired that the key fob was playing up and randomly send lock/unlock signals (& if you're not aware pressing and holding the open / close buttons will open / close the windows).
On dismantling the fob had obviously had a dunking with both switches corroded and intermittent.

I think so, it locks going over a bump or slamming the door. Also that one door, the lock is slow to operate. I’ve ordered a new lock from eBay for £18 complete with solenoids & will give it a try.

That might also be a damaged cable in the door jamb
