Hi all.
I am doing a cam belt service for a mate on his 2017 Octavia and while I was in there I discovered it need a front oil seal.
Simple job when I was this far in, but on trying to get the torque setting for the crank shaft pulley bolt, I'm getting different settings.
It's got the DDYA engine and the 12 sided bolt.
Is it - replace the bolt, 150Nm then 180 degrees?
I took it off with an impact gun and it didn't seem that tight, but someone has been in before me to change a water pump under warranty. (I could tell by the damage to the top cam belt cover)
