Sketchy Mill Set Up

This one was not easy to mount .
Nothing at all flat or square .
Supported on steel bars in manifold bolt holes .
It is for a turbo Volvo note the added plenum chamber .

Manifolds are always a pain to get hold of and support with any rigidity. I wish they'd cast some square bosses on for us!

Below's a 2 way swivel vice holding the head flange, one stack of studs jacking it up and the stack of steps and a toe clamp holding it down. I still had to mill the face with a 16mm end mill to stop it chattering to death. We persevere though...
