Oh I forgot, this thread is about a nice well made little hammer. When I was younger i could see a nice looking (well proportioned) girl and think I might have a chance. Got older and would see a nice looking girl and wonder if she had a nice single mother, NOW I see a nice looking girl and have to wonder what her grandmother looks like!!!

I had a psychotic art teacher who used to kick your chair out from under you if you rocked back on 2 legs.

Hmmm I thought it was just my Art teacher, nicknamed 'Savage' due to his vicious temper and cracked teeth.

I remember in one lesson, a lad was rolling a pool ball across a light table making a lot of noise.
The teacher promptly grabbed it, walked away and then turned round and threw it at him !

He also took PE some days and kicked you up the backside with studded boots if you turned up late.

Our PE teacher, if you got on his tits, used to put you in goal and then play on the opposing team. It was like that rugby match out of Monty Python. No one was stupid enough to tackle him, and he could literally turn a football into a cannonball, so you were pretty much his human target for however long that particular 'match' lasted.

We set a site up in Blackpool, one of the other managers came in one day saying how all the local school girls must be cold due to the shortness of their skirts.

I had to inform him if the first thing he thinks when he see's a short skirt is "she must be cold" then sadly he must be officially old

Another ex-PE teacher who used to play hockey for the Welsh national team. He overheard a lad saying that hockey was 'a poofs game'. Laddo was promptly hauled out on to the playing field and plonked in goal with no pads. The PE teacher then proceeded to fire a bucket full of hockey balls at the unfortunate lad. Stood there, covered in blood and bruises Psycho Dai leans in and says 'Still think it's a poofs game?'

I helped my son with a project like this.
His teacher said 'you did not make that' Poppa was not happy and did make a complaint.

His Resistant Materials teacher never even turned up for the exhibition at the school & later implied that I'd built it for him - all I bl***y did (all I was ALLOWED to do by him) was make the tea & try to stop him working ALL through the nights... His work ethic & work-rate was brilliant - 17 days from learning to MIG to this finished & running. It's not surprising that he has little respect for this particular member of staff, is it?

I HATE teachers who don't care - & that's after 34 years in education!

I up the bid on your psychotic art teacher and give you the ex Vietnam helicopter pilot english teacher who went nuts on a regular basis, and smashed his chair over his desk.

I present Dangerous Dan, who was a wee ball of pent-up hate towards everybody he took a dislike to and that was easy since everyone who wasn't connected to his superiors or colleagues was automatically scum, in his eyes.
The little sod was an ex-Commando (although I suspect a Commando cook more than anything else) and vented his frustrations via a large leather strap on the hands of those who dared to speak out of turn or had an opinion of their own.
A total psychotic, who was one of the useless pieces of wood trimmed from the education system reforms of the 70s and later.
Some of you younger ones don't know what you missed, and you should be glad of it.
