This is my first post on here, so sorry if I'm going over old ground. I have the above Mig set and wanted to know whats the max size reel i can use on it. I've looked in the instruction booklet and can't find any info. Can anyone here help please ?

hi there buddy i belive the maximium size reel would be 5kg for a mig of that size

Any idea what maypole welders are like, I have been offered one, and was wondering if it was worth accepting or not.

Also is there any idea on amperage for different models?

Dave, it's always best to start a new thread with a question like yours rather than 'hijack' but....using the search button and entering maypole seems to throw up more good than bad posts, they don't seem to be particularly well built but if it's cheap enough it might be worth a look.
