After owning a Cobel Tig 200 Amp welder for just over 2 years, and it just stopping its HF system, I have decided to buy another welder, I have been looking at all the ones on eBay including the Parweld, Thermal Arc, ESAB and the cheaper listed Giants and 200 range of the chinese stuff like I had. I have to say that whilst working, my Cobel was a great bit of kit.
Can anyone shed any light on the S.I.P Weldmate T178HF ?
They look okay, 2 years warranty, a make I have heard of at least.
It was either this or the R-Tech which I know are just rebranded China supplied units.
Any info would be great, don't really want to spend more than £350 and do not need AC use, only for light DIY home use from time to time.
