sip topmig 150 wire issues (wont stop)

Went to use my welder today. It worked for a few minutes but then it decided to break.

When I took my finger off the trigger the wire would still be coming out of the torch. It wouldn't stop. I turned it off at the plug and switch a few times but it still kept doing it I disconnected the wire between the torch and the machine and wire still kept coming out

I opened the machine up but I couldn't see any wires that looked burnt out or worn out.

Has anyone got any ideas as I really need it working again.

just a thought the relay contacts havent melted together have they

I can take pics of the machine tomorrow. Nothing looked melted in there. It had done it a few times before but it would stop doing it after a few seconds

Miles The item in top right corner is what you are looking for (might be in different location on your pcb)
You may see through the blue cover that it looks black where the contacts are. You can remove the cover with care. Then it may be possible to clean up the contacts but if they have welded there self's together then you need to replace relay (if it does clean up it will still need replacing at some time)

Don't forget to isolate the electrics before you try to clean them.(Sorry if this reminder offends you, but not knowing your background I thought it was prudent to add the caution).
