hi everyone. Im new here, thought i would join the forum as i have 2 welders from sip and any time i search for them this forum comes up.
Anyways...i recently got a sip spotmatic portable spot welder, i was just wondering if there is any way to turn in into a dent puller? Like maybe remove the arms and fit copper cable, one to an earth and the other to a slide hammer/gun handle? Any help is greatly appreciated. Welder works fine in its current state.
Also i have a sip topmig turbo 195, when turned on the fan runs, pull the trigger and the wire feeds but it doesnt arc, wont even arc directly to the earth. Worked fine then half way through a job it stopped working,
Both welders look as if they have some age to them
