i've got an sip topmig 195, it's not a great machine but it's much better than the reputation might have you believe, it is made in the EU dunno where, but despite it working fine and never having gone wrong in the 6 years i've owned it, i would not buy it again, i think it was around £400 when i got it, and that was the cheapest they could be had for at the time as far as i could make out, decent, works fine and reliably, but would not buy it again, nor any other bit of sip kit really, because i would rather spend the money and get a really nice machine (hyperthem for plasma, kemppi, esab, murex, lorch, cebora, migatronic, ect for mig, tig or arc) but also because there are better cheap brands out there like clarke and r-tech as i said before
