SIP Handymig

So, I have this handymig. Bought it used a year ago from a fella, and it works fine, except there was this tiny burr in the feed and I have to get a new tip for it as I can't get the burr off. So my problem is I can't find any distributors in the USA of SIP parts, or overseas that ships to the USA. help!

Most tips are standard. Should be the same as ones for Clarke and smaller Lincoln/Hobart.

Check Home Depot. That is where I picked up the ones for my Clarke.

Take a pick of it and post it, should normally be a Tweco #11-xx.

Okay. I went to HOme Depot and Lowes and they both carry tips for welders, but the threading is too big. Mine's threading is very fine. Help?

Must be real small tip.

You might try weldingdepot.com they don't carry SIP but have tips for most brands.

If all else fails, PM weldequip, I bet he could let you know what othe rbrands will fit. Or he could ship you bag of them. Would be expensive, but SIP's are sold by box movers that do not provide support.

Well, the tip's the same size as the ones they sell at Home Depot for the lincoln welders, except for the fact that the threading is really fine. the thick threading won't go into my welder. Bought one, tried it, no kielbasa.

I'll private message that fella and hope he has some suggestions.
