sip amp control knob?

hi people i have a sip 211 mig welder and i have lost the amp control knob anyone got a spare
one kicking about....

i have rang sip and they dont sell just the knob on its own...

Do you mean the wire speed control or the power switch knob?

If you measure the spindle size you should be able to get one to fit from the likes of Maplin. RS, Farnel, CPV and the like.

No I mean the amp knob (switch) I've been dragging the welder around the yard and it's followen off somewhere..... The amp setting's are 1 to 6. It's not the power switch or wire speed control knob.

OK - it's just the rotary knob doesn't control the amps, it controls the volts but the wire feed does affect the amps.

If you can gives a clear close-up photo of the spindle that may help.
