To be fair I doubt those boys would be using Silverline tools in the paddock!
I wouldn't dare open the tool box if that were forced on me!

Sadly they won't be handled by anyone in a position to effect a change of buying policy. Just some poor sod in the warehouse working for bugger all.

For returns like that, youd speak to the manager. First get them to examine product, tell you whats wrong with it. Then you explain they should refund you, and then wash their hands asap

I very much doubt it too.... Says it all really, Silverline Racing (as they were known) mechanics using other manufacturers tools!

you would be the laughing stock of the paddock if u opened your toolbox up using them . can just imagine the team winning a race and come in for a pitstop and the wheelnut socket snaps quick lads see if anyone has another we have just lost 25 places
