I'm trying to get a rough ball park figure to have an inner & outer sill replaced on a classic Ford,i can weld a bit but never done any on a car & to be honest i'm not sure i have the skill to do anything structural like a sill myself.I can get the panels myself so it's just the labour i'm needing an idea of

might help / guide you. On my capri I found the rot behind the outer wing when working on the jacking point and inner sill. The cause is I belive that water runs down the rear windows, down the inside of wing and onto the ledge where the two drain tubes that go right through the sill shoul drain it. But if blocked will allow water builup and rusting. When I have been rebuilding this section I have made a point of fitting new lengths of tube. I have been making up the parts I have needed but noted that the sills are spoted on, but parts hidden by rear wing. Mines taking longer than I had hoped
