So I've had my Siegen Mig welder 150 for a few years now and it's done well for itself, however last time I used it I could hear gas escaping from the torch end without pressing anything. Upon some research and inspection the plastic valve was found to be at fault and to be honest the rest of the torch isn't much good.
The trouble i'm having is, which replacement part do I get?! I can't find much info searching google except those who decide to swap to a euro torch conversion.
I've been having a look on WeldUK who do a variety or torches for the Siegen but I have found this: https://www.welduk.com/product/mig-euro-torch-conversion-mb15-eurotorch-4mt-gas-solenoid
Would that be the correct one for my mig welder and if so, how easy is it to do the conversion? Electronics is a very weak point for me, I've never fuly understood it or got along with it, i'm much more mechanically inclined!
Any help/info/pointers would be greatly appreciated.
