I'd get bored still there is no replacing elbow grease unless you have a large Clemco pot and a 90cfm+ road compressor to run it IMHO.

i have.only my pot is a home made clemco copy curtesy of a propane bottle

The place @hotponyshoes shoes Tod me about have done the first 250kg of garden tools.
The finish is smooth, apart from the rust pits, but course enough to take a coat of paint.

They covered the finish items in a clear finish.
So all they have to do is paint the bits tgey want to paint and fix handles.

One complaint was the inside of the handle socket was not clean. But for the low price they paid we are not going to complain.
A brush with a rust converter and hide withe the handle.

Only about 800kg of tools to go.
