Hi all ,
not sure if this is the right place to post this ,
but need to shorten my range rover chassis , going to be using mig for the welding ,
but for strength which is the best way to weld/cut it , as need to shorten chassis by 12" , so remove 12" from the centre of the chassis then weld back together
was going to cut it on a diagonal , then plate both sides , or would it be ok to cut is vertical and then plate both sides , (its for off road only) , but needs to be as strong as possible,
thanks
