E Ed. Member Messages 1,072 Apr 28, 2020 #41 That last pic looks so much better! Use a Carbide Burr in a die grinder for the hard to get to corners if you need to. Looks like they had bad contamination, badly clogged up nozzle or else they were welding with out gas on some of those joints.
