Shipping my welder

Hi guys

I want to ship my tecarc206i to the states

Obviously their power is 110/60hz so I was wondering if Tecarc supply in the US and if I'd be able to buy the power supply unit and swap it out internally .. If not would it be a simple thing to do myself
I can't find a us link OR a manufacture contact for teach to contact them directly

They do have 220v as well. If you swap to 110v won't it cut the power of your welder as well ?

If you're moving to the states, as I assume, maybe it would work out easier and cheaper to sell your UK welder on ebay and then buy something over there when you arrive?

Main advantages:

You know it will work over there
You will have a warranty
You will start a relationship with a welding supplies outlet locally having bought a machine from them
Things are generally 1/2 to 2/3 the price we pay over here in the USA
You don't have to worry about it getting damaged in transit or pay for shipping.
