Fake exhaust pipe on the back, shove the hose in/on it/connect to it.I'm always up for a bit of innovation, and any progress on the safety front is always positive. But how on earth are the firemen supposed to get to that battery access point.
Unless the pictures totally wrong, (which it might be) that's going to be under the car, up against the floor. Hardly the place you want to be trying to get a heavy, unwieldy hose into whilst the car burns around you.
If they want to go down that route, they would be better off putting a hose connector on the side of the vehicle (a bit like your fuel filler) that the fireman can simply plug a hose into.
