Sherman 210 does nothing when button pressed

Hi,

I have just bought a Sherman TIG 210 AC / DC Pulse welder used from ebay, however when the button on the torch or the foot pedal is pressed nothing happens - no gas and no attempt for the HF start. It was apparently sent for repair for a similar issue before.
everything is connected and the issue is the same on 2t / 4t and ac/dc. There is continuity when the button is pressed and MMA works fine. Also, the current screen goes up to 400+ amps when everything is turned up. I removed the cover and nothing is burned or leaking or appears damaged.

I knew of the problem before buying so got a good price.

This Sherman TIG welder looks like a repackaged variant or clone of the well-known WSME 200. You may be able to find hints or descriptions of similar issues by searching this forum for that model name.
