also do yourself a favour turn upside down and run a bead of silicone thickish bead that is

as it will stop blowback a good amount you need to create a drip edge

or do it after fitting your choice depends how you handle the sheets onto the roof

if i put purlins up 1m apart. i presume/hope my 2 x 2 timber will be adiquate ?

on what you have now without putting felt on it would be just batterns

but because you have fitted a rafter beam inbetween a 3m gap you have 1.5m either side so now you need a thicker battern first

if you had of fitted another rafter you wouldnt have needed thicker batterns

you can go around this by using 5x2s inbetween the rafters at bolt points for roof then fit your batterns

i wouldnt advise 4x2s as your inbetween sheet joins at 1m or less for a join

That's your first mistake!

In time you will regret the lack of insulation, I know it looks like a massive outlay but it really will pay for itself. Even if you just do the roof for now, the walls are easier done later.

A really impressive build and you may be parking a tractor in it now - but next year you may want to turn it into a machine shop. Build for the future - because it will come.

aye your right .i have a shed with all my tools etc to work in. can always do with more space

if i had space i would double it.
