With the temperature fluctuations we now seem to be getting insulation has to be very high on a shed builders list, mancave has 4"+ of rockwool between the tin sheets and the internal lining and its gone from being an unbearable oven in the summer to a cool as a cucumber retreat, on the other scale it takes very little to heat it in the winter. Since I did the garage roof by adding a false outer with 50mm of insulation in between and a 50mm air gap, the garage is cool in this weather and warm enough in the colder months
