As I mentioned on another recent thread, I bought a little combined thermometer/hydrometer (showing RH) cheaply from eBay last autumn when it was a bit cool and wet and I needed to do some painting on the car outdoors, and this device now sits under my car port. The way that RH can change during the course of a day never ceases to surprise me and of course the all-impotant "dew point" is the thing that needs avoiding if the insides of a shed are to stay fairly dry and avoid rusting. Whether it's convection or through flow that's in effect, vents make a big difference.It does seem a confusing affair, airflow, relative humidity etc. At least to me. I'll never understand this malarkey.
Last October I had a new 10x8 wooden shed just for keeping the wife's Mobility scooter in plus a few Garden tools, A Days few Days after it was installed I was stood inside the shed and noticed a cold draft and on inspection I noticed that where the roof came down on the Shed sides there was a big gap along both sides so I got the son to stand outside and pull the roof down until it met the top of the side walls, I then from inside added more screws where the roof met the walls. Next I bought a can of expanding foam and sealed between where the roof meets the top of the side walls. Plus any other small gaps. Its now like an air chamber lol. Having read above posts I think I might have to get some air flow.

OK, I live in the south where it's always summer, but I have absolutely no problems with condensation. My workshop is timber. It's lined with 50mm rockwool and then clad inside with, mainly 18mm ply, although the roof now has 9mm for lightness. It's of ship lap construction with a 14mm floor, covered in a 6mm high density foam and again finished with 18mm ply. It's also double glazed.
