rather than turning an exact angle, you use a little steel "finger" to index off the teeth
Here's a cheap circular saw blade sharpener sold by HF that looks a bit flimsy to me, but it uses the steel finger indexing scheme, and with a little ingenuity and changing the finger pivot angle, it could probably be retrofitted with a DIY arbor jig for a hole saw. It includes a diamond wheel for sharpening carbide teeth. It could be a fun little project.Could probably add an arbour to my circular blade sharpener for hole saws
