Self piercing tap for draining fuel from hose?

I don't suppose there is room under there for the very common "Landrover" style Fuel Filter housing (the type that accepts the very common Lucas Filter aka Coopers AZF015 etc). IIRC that accepts that size hose barb-banjo fitting.

I made a start this morning and could have finished bar a few things:

No hose clips in that size and a bodge (possibly from factory) of the input fuel line, where the tank end is 12.7mm like the hose, but the pump inlet is 15mm. Previously the hose had been stretched over the pump inlet but with decent hose that's just not going to happen. So in order to finish the job I need a 12.7 to 15mm adapter and a short length of decent 15mm fuel hose with a set of hose clips to match.

Does anyone have a short stub of 15mm fuel hose lurking please, that I could buy?

There isn't, safely but I will ponder that further.
