Various US websites are strong on acetone ATF mixes and also some other "exotic" brews.

I didn't believe it either until I read a paper(!) on it which did a scientific test (iirc).

Well you can and we do and things get regularly debunked. Hence as I keep acetone I will give it a whirl
Will admit my doubts over kerosene but when opertunity arises next
