Pitlochry is a good place to visit, did you get up to queens view at Loch Tummel (just up the road from Pitlochry)
Heck if you'd said you were going I'm sure myself and a few others on here would have given you some suggestions on places to visit and things to do

Yes we did, absolutely stunning views. Had a brew in the cafe there too. It's an amazing part of the country.
Its our second visit to Scotland this year although the last was only to Eyemouth. I admit to having a continuous love affair with the North especially on the motorbike. Didn't go up last year but did so three consecutive years before with a couple of mates. We would cover at least 1100 miles in 4 to 5 days going as far as Kyle of Tongue.
Me and Mrs Mechwoman went to Pitlochry a few years back and it is a lovely area, there was a cycling event cancelled while we were there cos some scrotes had spread thousands of tacks along the route.Pitlochry is a good place to visit, did you get up to queens view at Loch Tummel (just up the road from Pitlochry)

Aye and i remember that too the ironic thing was he was probably a relocated down soufer who stopped off at house of bruar to buy shortbread and a tweed thong for the missus fell in love with the area and bought into the jockobite lifestyle

happened recently on a mass participation cycling event from Glasgow to Edinburgh good folk of Linlithgow/bathgate didnt like the idea of people cycling round their roads

Had the same with a local pillar was jetting and doing plug chops up a country road when i got a visit from plod courtesy of him open megga sir they were all made like that
