are mostly the reason why rejects are from them

you can move them easily enough just store them right and they will be fine

100kgs is about right.
i can *just* deadlift one on my own.
if the holes dont match up, you can use lag screws into a 3x3 post from either side.
also works for corners

About 14 years ago I ordered a new oversize Concrete section garage from a place out by Southam/Leamington Spa way .. A big Lorry delivered it using a portable onboard stacker Truck, The Driver said a Guy will come and assemble it tomorrow. Following Morning a Guy came round in a small Van he took a look at the Base and said yep that's ok get the Tea on ! He wrapped an old hessian sack bag round is waist tied by a bit of string then on his own he walked the 2 corner panels together and propped them together then he bolted them together,He had his cup of Tea and continued walking and bolting the panels together ,Next he did the Roof next Door finally a bead of concrete around the inside of the floor edge..... This guy was amazing and was not a big build fella either.

for the hassle/cost.... is it not worth just pulling it down and having a concrete block one built? get doors on abay

roof doesen't have to cost much, good brickie is £1/block (in the north east anyway), not so good brickie is half that

I built my shed extension out of 3 mtr x 2 mtr wooden pallets, look for a plastic sheet roofing sheet wholesale place, got mine from TBS plastics in Cheshunt, free, ring of treated fence post timber round the top and bottom, uprights between pallets, slipped rockwool slab down between the gap, breather membrane outside covered with feather edge, ex building site fence ply inside or when that ran out stirling board, roof trusses from ebay modified to suite, second hand clay tiles, £1.00 ebay bid for a whole bungalow roof but I did have to remove, it was four miles away! it did cost me a bit but now have a dry, noise and heat insulated shed that I can heat with an oil filled radiator, and no one can hear me tin bash, just added a sandblasting extension,

i did jiu jitsu for years: my regular training partner was 6'3 and 25st. 100kgs of concrete is *easy* -

Are these used/'reject' panels prone to cracking if knocked/dropped [although rebar reinforced]?

Mine are perfectly fine. Couple of the re-used ones had cracks that I didn't spot - so I get a wet line across a couple when the rain is in the right direction.

Only issue with drilling any of these panels is it's sod ding hard - vibrated into the moulds to remove air and get a good finish I guess. So a hammer drill usually just gets hot and goes blunt. And an SDS drill blows big chunks off as it breaks through - so go careful as it gets close to going through.

I used prefab panels as the base didn't have to be so robust, it was cheaper, quicker and maximised internal space relative to outside dimensions. Went up, with roof on, in a day.

i moved a half garage -14 panels - in my old swb transit. i decided 10 panels was as much as i wanted in the back - even for the c. 1 mile trip.

not with blocks of wood wedged in and over inflated tires I followed a truck with scaffolding on and it was weaving all over at 25 mph and he had travelled 15 miles its ar.send was on the bump stops

no.
i probably wasnt that close to the limit:
1.8t, including me, empty.
3.2T limit, so i probably had a couple of 100 kilos leeway.

Had an elderly chap come in one day and he was enquiring about using a pump on his pre-charged airgun. I started to try to talk him out of it. No, no he said, it will be allright, I am sure I can manage it. I wasn't convinced. Anyhow, he had arrived on the bus and he had spent quite a few quid so I offered to put it in the car and deliver it all for him. He gave me directions and next day I set off.

When I arrived, it all became quite clear. This "little elderly chap" is a bloody international Aikido Instructor, you just wouldn't want to start anything. He goes to Russia and South America instructing anti terror and special forces types. I saw him take five guys out as gracefully as you like, amazing to watch. Like they say, never judge a book by it's cover.

I *think* I trained with him - in the late 80s/early 90s.

Aikido looks deceptively "fake", until you're on the wrong end of it.
I think I've still got the bruises.
