Sectional garage door fitted properly?

Looking at the pics I would build up a ramp outside the door to about one inch below the inside floor but level.The door will not need cutting and will sit on the ramp and water shouldn't get in the garage.

That would work and slope like the original way which would keep the water out.

He cant as the door oneside goes below street level if doors was higher then he could do

THe door being higher would allow an aluminium trim to give slope adjustment

I agree here, shutter just outside the bottom of the door and pour a good self leveling product. Door should close down on to it. Closing down on a flat surface is part of the security.

Once set fair in a ramp dont go past the outside walls.
